I always search around the internet and everywhere I go
Just to find little pockets of resistance to oppression!
Even when things seem darkened in the night
All I know is that these stars around me guide me through my nights with my comrades as we dream and archive and save all the things we need to keep our footprints as documented history!
I walk around these spaces
Because I am a wandering being
Shifting and changing
Outside the binary options forced into me
Giving love, rage, solidarity, and educate
To those around me
I’ll keep on searching
Learning and unlearning toxic habits
Because wokeness is an adventure not a race!
As I wander through this crumbling world
I will be my authentic self
To the close beings around me
With trust and empathy
As we archive the history of this long trend of community…..
